DTC Embassy Villa is a community of 153 villas, each with a private lawn and open terrace. DTC Downtown is a set of six apartment towers with 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes, a large podium and a big clubhouse. They are two separate DTC Group projects with separate RERA registrations, pricing and amenities.
Where are the projects?
Both are in Rajarhat, Kolkata, off Kharibari Road near the Langolpota Bridge, as shown on the developer’s location maps. The brochures list travel times to Rajarhat Crossing, City Centre 2, Ecospace Business Park, the airport and more. These are approximate.
What is the starting price?
DTC Downtown starts from ₹56 lakh* and DTC Embassy Villa from ₹1.45 Cr*. Prices change with size, floor and payment plan. Send an enquiry and we will share the latest cost sheet.
